Facilities & layout
Vandervoort offers over 2,500 sq. ft. of refined industrial space with 180 degrees of unobstructed natural light. Our photo studio space features 14’ high ceilings and 35’ x 35’ shooting area, oversized southeast and southwest facing windows with full blackout capability, and concrete floors

Bookings
All studio bookings require signed rental agreement, a valid credit card on file and a 50% deposit. All bookings require a Certificate of Insurance.
Client agrees to pay for any repair costs of equipment and property that they have the day of the rental.
Hours of operation
The studio operates 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., overtime rates apply.
The office is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Studio access
The studio is located at 309 Vandervoort Ave., 2nd floor. The entrance to the freight is located on the left-hand side of the main studio entrance and is accessible via a ramp. The freight elevator is operable at any time by the studio manager.
Messenger and deliveries
To schedule drop offs and pick ups prior / following the job, please contact the studio for information about our designated delivery area and instructions. Please do not send items without scheduling in advance. Fees apply for services provided outside of business hours.
